You went looking for an AI fix. You found 43 of them.
Claude now plugs into QuickBooks, Gusto, Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify and more. Most owners only need a handful of those skills. The Skill Gap Finder asks three questions and shows you which ones fit the way you already work.

You run a real business on tools that don't talk to each other.
You're past the duct tape stage. You have a team, a process, and a stack you pay for every month. Then a week like this happens.
It's Friday. Someone exports QuickBooks to Excel so you can see where cash stands.QuickBooks · Excel
Payroll lives in Gusto. Invoices live in QuickBooks. Jobs live somewhere else. Nobody sees the whole picture.Gusto · QuickBooks · Job software
You pasted a spreadsheet into ChatGPT. The answer sounded sure of itself. The numbers were wrong.ChatGPT · Spreadsheets
Closing the month takes a week. Your bookkeeper chases the same missing receipts every time.Month-end close
You bought a tool last year to fix this. Now you have one more tool. The stack keeps growing
Your ops manager is the glue. When they take a week off, the reports stop.Reporting
Nobody wakes up wanting AI. They want month-end to stop eating a week.
Something broke.
Cash got tight. A report came out wrong. A payroll run took three tries.
You searched.
You got buried.
Fifty tools, each promising to fix everything. Then Anthropic shipped 43 new skills in a single day.
You landed here.
With one real question. Which of these actually fits my business?
It starts with what's slowing you down. Then it checks your stack.
Your pain picks the skills.
The last question asks what actually slows you down. That decides your matches. Your tool list only tells the finder how each skill would plug in.
Tools you own come first.
Every match works with software you already pay for. Run mostly on spreadsheets? Nearly every skill also works from an upload or a pasted sheet.
Sorted by how often you'd use it.
Weekly, monthly, every pay period. You see what becomes a routine and what you'd touch once a year. Each match tells you why it showed up.
Picked: “Closing the books each month is a slog”
Month-End Prep

Plan Payroll
Every pay periodAlso worth a look. Forecasts cash across the payroll window and stages the run. It never presses the button for you.
Example built from one real run of the finder. Your list will match your own answers.
Three questions. No jargon.
How would you describe your organization?
Small business or nonprofit. It tailors a couple of the questions that come next.
What's already in your stack?
Check what you use today. Skip it if you mostly live in spreadsheets.
What's actually slowing you down?
Pick as many as you like. This is what decides your matches.
What owners ask on the way in.
Most people find the finder while trying to get AI to work with their books, payroll, or reports. Here's what they want to know first.
Can Claude actually connect to my QuickBooks and Gusto?
Yes. The September 15 release added 27 integrations. QuickBooks, Xero, Gusto, Stripe, Square, Shopify, and HubSpot are on the list. The finder shows which skills plug into the tools you check.
Will it change my books or run payroll without me?
The skills in this release are built to prepare the work and wait for your yes. Plan Payroll stages the run and never presses the button. AP Processor stages bill entries for your approval. You stay the one who signs off.
I already tried ChatGPT with my spreadsheets. Why is this different?
A pasted export is a snapshot with no context. These skills read from the system itself and follow the same routine every time.
One catch. AI is only as right as the data under it. Messy books go in, confident messy answers come out.
My tools don't agree with each other. Will AI fix that?
No. AI reads what's there. When QuickBooks says one number and your job software says another, a summary will just pick one. Someone has to find that gap first. That's the work Quinita does in a Systems Reality Check.
Do I need to be technical to use any of this?
No. You ask for things in plain words, like “close the month” or “give me my Monday brief.” The finder itself is three multiple choice questions.
We run mostly on spreadsheets. Is this still for us?
Yes. Skip the tool list in step 2. Nearly every skill works from an upload or a pasted sheet.
Do I have to buy new software?
No. The finder only matches skills to what you already have. Getting more out of the tools you own comes first. Running the skills does need Claude itself.
We're a nonprofit. Does this apply to us?
Yes. Pick nonprofit in step 1. A few questions shift to fit donors, grants, and programs.
What happens after I see my results?
Your list shows up on screen right away. From there you pick your next step. Book a 20-minute AI Readiness Audit with Quinita, or send your matches to your inbox and get the implementation plan plus a 20-minute workshop briefing.
Is this an official Anthropic tool?
No. QAMW Consulting built it as an independent guide to Anthropic's public September 15, 2026 announcement. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
Some gaps live between your tools.
The finder tells you which skills fit. It can't tell you whether QuickBooks, Gusto, and your job software agree on the numbers. In a lot of growing companies, they don't. Automating on top of that moves the mess faster.
Quinita Whitfield has spent 14 years in business intelligence and systems work. Her Systems Reality Check is a 14-day, ground-level diagnostic. It answers two questions. What is actually broken? In what order should you fix it?
Case study · BeehavenA field services company ran seven tools that didn't talk. Quinita built one clear view on what they already owned and talked them out of a costly ERP purchase.
